Our story
It started with watching small operators lose the calls they'd worked hardest to earn.
MoveJoy began after seeing, up close, how small service businesses struggle to juggle demand and supply — paying for ads that make the phone ring, then missing the ring because the whole team is on a job. Movers had it worst: the busiest hour of the day and the most valuable call of the day are the same hour.
So we built a virtual front office for moving companies — one that speaks the trade, prices from the company’s own rates, and books straight into their calendar or CRM. We shaped it with mentorship from the Tech Incubator at Queens College, and we’re based in New York.
Every other voice AI answers the call. MoveJoy closes the job.
